CapyPump Frequently Asked Questions
Here are the most common questions users have about CapyPump. Please read through this list before reaching out to the moderation team.
1. How do I withdraw my SOL from the CapyPump wallet?
Type /start or /home, then click on Wallet. Click on either "Withdraw all SOL" or "Withdraw X SOL" and follow the instructions.
2. How do I export my CapyPump private key?
Type /start or /home, then click on Wallet. Click on "Export Private Key," press "Confirm," and copy your Private Key.
3. How do I import my own wallet to CapyPump?
Currently, this is not possible.
4. I accidentally sent USDC/USDT or other tokens to the CapyPump wallet. How do I recover it?
Your assets are safe. Export your CapyPump wallet to Solflare or Phantom to retrieve them manually.
5. I'm trying to withdraw SOL or buy/sell a token but CapyPump gives me the "Token Not Found" error.
This occurs if you're not properly replying to the bot’s message. Ensure you're correctly replying to the bot and try again. This also applies when withdrawing SOL from your CapyPump wallet.
6. How do I sell my coins?
Type /start or /home, then press "Sell & Manage." Use the buttons to sell 25%, 100%, or a custom percentage of your position. Ensure you have at least 0.005 SOL in your CapyPump balance to avoid a "Swap Fail" error.
7. Does CapyPump have a Take Profit, Stop Loss, or Auto-Sell feature?
Not currently, but it’s coming soon
8. Does CapyPump have an anti-MEV feature?
Yes. You can switch between 'Enabled' and 'Disabled' in the MEV PROTECT settings.
9. I'm getting too many "Swap Failed" errors.
Ensure you have enough SOL for the transaction (at least 0.005 SOL). For high volatility coins, increase the slippage (default is 20%). Also, verify the token has not rugged. If issues persist, contact the mods.
10. How do I change slippage?
Type /start or /home, then press "Settings." Adjust the SLIPPAGE CONFIG at the bottom of the menu as needed, especially for volatile tokens.
11. I bought a token but it disappeared from my active positions.
This likely means the token rugged. CapyPump hides tokens valued under a certain threshold (default is $0.001). Change this value in Settings. If the issue persists, contact the mods.
12. The token I was trading rugged. What can I do?
If a token rugs, consider burning it using a service like Sol Incinerator. Export your CapyPump wallet’s Private Keys and connect to Sol Incinerator's website. Be cautious, as burning is final and irreversible.
13. Why is there a difference between my profit and net profit?
Net Profit accounts for gas, transaction fees, DEX fees, CapyPump fees, price impact, etc. A significant disparity often indicates high price impact due to holding a large token supply.
14. Does CapyPump allow multiple wallets?
No, only one wallet address per Telegram account. To use multiple CapyPump wallets, create additional Telegram accounts. Export the Private Key before resetting your wallet.
